After being with another insurance provider for many years, they kept going up in price on me, and I had no accident claims nor tickets. My Progressive Agent went over all the details with me, answered all my questions. After being treated like a customer instead of a number, I knew Progressive was the way to go!

Progressive web-site is EASY to navigate and pay on line. Their call center is AMAZING as well. They were very kind and understanding and treated me with RESPECT.
